Source: Apple Insider[/caption]Apple did it. Finally, they sent out the annoucnemnet for thier October 23rd iPad Mini event. They have a "little" more to show us at 10 a.m. Pacific time. Mac Weekend reported on October 12 that the announcement invite would go out today with announcement actually being held on October 23rd.
The rumor mill has heated up lately with sku leaks, retina 13" Macbook rumors, and a Mini update. We'll know in a week. Make sure you check back here on the 23rd as we will be providing up-to the minute updates on the announcement.
