Mac Mini refresh this month
9to5mac has received information from a trusted source regarding the little guy, the Mac Mini. Per the site, along with the expected refresh to the iMac at this month's big iPad Mini event, we can also expect to see the Mac Mini get a refresh. While the site is light on specifics, the current Mac Mini is running quite long in the tooth. MacWeekend believes this rumor to be accurate, and expects updates to be across the board including improved graphics, processor, i/o, etc. As per our buyers guide, the Mac Mini is a definite 'Do Not Buy' for now. This late October announcement is gearing up to be pretty exciting!

I've always wanted a reason to get a Mini, although I've never had a reason besides lust and it is one of the few models I've never owned. Always though if setup correctly it'd be a kickass media center. Maybe this will be it...nah probably not but still excited to see it!
