"“It is in Apple’s DNA that technology alone is not enough...
[wzslider lightbox="true"]
—it’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the results that make our heart sing.”
Today marks the one year anniversary of the death of Mr. Steve Jobs. One year, a lot has changed in that one year and yet the Apple we know still seems familiar and pleasant. A year ago today, the world mourned the death of Steve. His fans were deeply saddened as many gathered to mourn. His critics remained critical, in fact many criticized the support his fans showed to this "saint" simply because of his passing. Regardless of your thoughts on Steve Jobs as a person, the respect he deserved for his accomplishments are undeniable. We here at Mac Weekend cannot thank Steve Jobs enough for changing our lives and it seems Apple feels the same way.
If you go to Apple's website you will be greeted with a video remembering the accomplishments of Steve. Followed by a letter from Apple's current CEO, Tim Cook. It is very much worth watching.
